By accessing or using the DEXTools API ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DEXTools and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 General Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

3.2 Free Tier Limits

The Free tier is subject to usage limits as described on the Pricing page. Automated abuse, credential sharing, or circumvention of rate limits is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to engage in any activity that violates applicable law or regulation, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise harmful to DEXTools or its users.

4. Abuse Suspension Policy

DEXTools reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: exceeding usage limits through automated means, reverse engineering, reselling access without authorization, or other abusive behaviors as determined at DEXTools' sole discretion.

5. User Responsibility for Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. Do not share your API key. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. DEXTools is not liable for damages resulting from credential misuse.
